Ronald Araujo not risked as Barcelona face Rayo Vallecano test

Barcelona will want to hit the LA Liga title race while they will host tomorrow for in-form Rayo Vallecano.

La Blaugrana is currently third in the table, but they have a real chance to take the ground, after weekend trekkings for Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid.

Victory at home at Rayo will bring Barcelona level to points that are built with Los Blancos, but they will arise above their rivals based on El Clasico Head-Head Records this season.

Hansi Flick was tight over his team plans in his press conference for the game, while this season he praised the resilience of the young team so far.

Ronald Araujo returned to the training prior to the game, after being forced to be injured in last weekend's 4-1 victory at Sevilla, and Flick has confirmed that the Uruguayan will be in his team.

According to reports from Mundo Deportivo, however, he will not be risking in the starting line -up, where Pau Cubarsi starts in central defense together with Inigo Martinez.

Cubarsis starting recall can be the only change of Flick compared to the last match, in which his players enjoy an interim matches of eight days, while preparing for this important collision.
