Cristiano Ronaldo JR made his international debut for Portugal's Under -15S – on Tuesday and wore his father's iconic song.
The 14-year-old was mentioned on the bank prior to the Portugal match against Japan during a youth tournament in Croatia.
And he was introduced in the 54th minute with his team that led 3-0 thanks to a hat trick from Braga Forward Rafael Cabral.
For the occasion, Ronaldo JR received the NO7 shirt – the song that his father worn during his incredible career.
And he was even depicted as a pose that is very similar to the characteristic free kick of his father during warming.
Maria Dolores, the grandmother of the teenager and the mother of Cristiano Ronaldo, was there to look from the sidelines.
She was seen in her son's iconic World Cup shirt for the competition.
Ronaldo JR is also in on Greece and England in the Vlatko Markovic Tournament.
The young Al-Nassr Academy star earned its first call-up to the U15s of Portugal last week.
His father posted confirmation of the news on social media with a moving message with the text: “Proud of you, son.”
Ronaldo JR currently plays in the youth ranks of Al-Nassr and followed his father to Saudi Arabia more than two years ago.
Three years ago, five -time balloon d'Or winner Ronaldo revealed that his son was determined to play next day next to him.
He said, “My son tells me: Daddy, hold for a few more years, I want to play with you!”
