Ronda Rousey hammers training dummy with nasty elbows as UFC comeback calls continue

Ronda Rousey continues to make fans enthusiastic about a potential return to MMA.

The UFC Hall of Famer retired after a loss of 48 seconds for Amanda Nunes in December 2016.

Since then, 'Rowdy' has renounced the sport and categorically excluded a comeback.

Ronda Rousey shares new training images

On Saturday, Rousey UFC and WWE fans excited by sharing new training images on Instagram.

It showed her that she became a training dummy with annoying soil and elbows Bangst.

“I found my phone case during ground and pound exercises and then hit myself in the face with the dummy,” wrote Rousey de Paal. “Re-growing pains are really fun. I finally found my rhythm.”

In less than 24 hours, Rousey's training video has earned 32,000 likes and hundreds of reactions.
