Ronda Rousey is back in the gym and is working on the skills that earned her an Olympic medal.
After claiming bronze in Judo in Beijing 2008, 'Rowdy' went to MMA and became a legend.
The inaugural UFC Bantamweight Champion retired in 2016 after a knockout loss of 48 seconds against Amanda Nunes, a year after Holly Holm's main kick ended her perfect 12-0 run in MMA.

Ronda Rousey still has it
Ronda Rousey recently reunited with a UFC rival that she tapped in 14 seconds and gave fans a glimpse of the Armbar submission that made her a superstar.
On Saturday, the 38-year-old showed one of her other famous movements with another training partner.
Rousey sent her teammate with a judo throw flying through the air to prove that she still has it.
“First throw with @rananwillink on the crash cushion now that my ligaments are being officially tightened again,” she wrote the pole.
“Nice to know that the years of countless repetition are still bearing fruit and they still have that whip on the she#Momtage.”
Is Ronda Rousey training for a comeback?
In 2024, Rousey concluded that he once returned to fighting during a shocking health update.
The UFC icon revealed that the reason she retired at the age of 29 was due to a major problem with concussion.
Rousey suffered dozens of concussions before he decided to bring her career prematurely.
Fans will continue to call for a comeback, but it is very unlikely that we will ever see Rousey in the Octagon again.
All new training images are easily explained as a mother who documents her fitness trip after she recently had her second child birth.
