Roy Keane names the Man United player he ‘doesn’t trust’ to start games

Roy Keane has called the Manchester United player that he does not trust to start competitions.

The individual had a considerable impact after he came from the bank when United Leicester beat 2-1 in the FA Cup fourth round on Friday evening.

Former United star Keane is of the opinion that the player is better suited to appear as a replacement at the moment.

Keane's colleague ITV Pundit Ian Wright admitted that he was surprised that United Baas Ruben Amorim did not start the player against Leicester.

Leicester took the lead in Old Trafford through a goal from Bobby de Cordova-Reid just before half-time.

However, Joshua Zirkzee equalized United in the second half before Harry Maguire scored the winner against his former club in stopping time.

Alejandro Garnacho entered the fight at the start of the second half when he replaced debutant Patrick Dorgu.

Garnacho's Tempo and Flair caused countless problems for Leicester in the second half.

Keane, however, is of the opinion that the 20-year-old is currently not justifies starting berth for United.

Speakingly on ITV, Keane said: 'I think it suits him when it comes from the couch, I don't think you can trust him when he starts.

'But when he comes from the bank and you are gambling and the team is stretched, he will come into his own.

'They set Leicester closely and the Subs arrived. That is what Garnacho does well. The first half they went sideways and sideways. He came up and tested them. '

Wright expressed his conviction that Garnacho should have started the game.

He said: 'I am very surprised that Garnacho did not start in this game, he did the same in the match against Liverpool [when he came on].

“He comes up and you can't handle him. He comes with pace and attacks. '

Garnacho was associated with a relocation of United in the transfer star of January, seen with Chelsea and Napoli as potential destinations.

The Argentina International eventually stayed in United and he will now want to become an important part of Amorim's plans.

Garnacho has made 123 senior performances for United and scored 23 goals, while offering 15 assists.

In the Premier League this season, Garnacho is mentioned 13 times in the starting line -up, while presenting ten times as a replacement.
