Ruben Amorim and Marcus Rashford are reportedly no longer in speaking conditions.
The Manchester United Forward has not played for Amorim since mid -December.
Rashford, 27, would like to leave Old Trafford this month because he admitted that he is ready for a “new challenge”.
However, he had no chance to place himself in the shop window, because Amorim, 40, refused to play him.
The Portuguese manager even claimed that the 63-year-old goalkeeper coach Jorge Vital would earn a place in the team.
Amorim hit Rashford's training and insisted that if “things don't change”, he will not do that.
The relationship between the manager and the player is now reportedly at a low point.
The guardian has claimed that the couple is no longer in speaking conditions.
The report claims that the only time that Amorim Rashford will tackle is when he speaks with the team as a whole.
Rashford has earned several lovers this month, such as West Ham, Aston Villa and Tottenham are connected from England.

He has also been interested from abroad from Como in Italy and Borussia Dortmund.
Rashford seems to have a clear preference and is willing to drop his wages to force a move to Barcelona.
In the meantime, club legend Paul Scholes addressed the constant drama and criticized the attitude of the English international when he “disappointed many people”.
H told Sky Bets The Overlap: “I think Marcus has abandoned many people with his attitude and I think that is what the manager is trying to say.
“You think of the young players who come through the team and think of [Alejandro] Garnacho.
“They are now looking up at people like Marcus and he is 27, he clearly does not train well, he does not live his life well. They are the examples that these people should look at.
'I remember years ago when I told the manager [Ferguson] I didn't want to play in that Arsenal Cup game.
“The meeting that we had after that, I thought I would get the right b ******** g here, he told me:” The worst thing you did was drop your teammates. “And that really stayed Hold on with me.
“Because I didn't really think about that and now I think Marcus Rashford is doing exactly the same.
“OK, he refuses not to play, but in the way he behaves and the way he trains …
“In a sense, he says that he does not want to be involved with the team and the fact that he abandons his teammates, he must be banned from the dressing room.
“If he is in and around and young people see it as an example, the sooner he is, the better he is.”
