Ruben Amorim expressed his relief that Marcus Rashford completed his loan movement to Aston Villa and put an end to questions about the problems of the Manchester United star at Old Trafford.
Amorim did not play Rashford for the last 13 games and even went so far that he would rather choose his 63-year-old keeper coach Jorge Vital than the international of England because of his attitude towards training.
Speculation raged in recent months around the future of Rashford and Amorim was repeatedly asked before the 27-year-old late in the transfer star of January came to Villa.
Asked for Rashford prior to the FA Cup -significant game from United to Leicester City in Old Trafford on Friday evening, Amorim said it was 'happy' and the questions can now be addressed to Villa -Baas Unai Emery.
“As we said before, we fight for our jobs until the summer and I am just focused on these games,” said Amorim. 'Fortunately, Marcus is now in Birmingham with Unai, so that you can take these questions to another coach this month. We are simply focused on our players. '
The departure of Rashford is even lighter on firepower after Antony had joined Real Betis on loan. Amorim decided to use Kobbie Mainoo as a false nine and Rasmus Hojlund and Joshua Zirkzee on the bench in the defeat of Sunday against Crystal Palace, but he spins his hope for the rest of United's attack who steps on the record.
“We have to find players to play in different positions,” he added. 'You can see how we play, it will take time and not solve all problems. You can say with (Patrick) Dorgu, we still have a winger to play on both sides.
'We create opportunities and we don't score. We have a lot of shots in the box and catch (hit) one player. Amad (Diallo) can score more, Bruno (Fernandes) can score more, Kobbie Mainoo can play more in that position on the field. We have to improve as a team, we have a little time. '
