According to a report, the romance of Maya Jama with Ruben Dias has been made a notch after the couple has taken a big step forward.
The couple is secretly dating a few months after Jama had pulled the eye of the Portuguese for the first time when they met in November 2024 at the European Music Awards (EMAs).
The Love Island star has been seen at several football matches in recent months to see Dias Live live in action for Man City.
And now Jama, 30, and Dias, 27, are becoming 'even more serious' after the center had introduced his new girlfriend to his mother Bernadette, according to the Sun.
This news comes two weeks after it was reported that Jama is being followed on Instagram by Dias's mother.
During the last international break in March, Jama flew to Lisbon to see slides playing for the Portuguese national team.
She was depicted in the stands in the José Alvalade Stadium to witness the 5-2 victory of Portugal op Denmark in the second stage of their quarterfinals of the Nations League.
The presenter was seen with a friend and glass wine in a VIP guest freedom box – usually reserved for friends and family of players.
Jama then posted a photo on social media of the two that celebrate together during their romantic fireside retreat at 3:30 am the next morning.
It is assumed that the Snap was taken in the house of the football player in the Cascais region in Portugal, with a huge swimming pool and fireplace in the photo.
Jama and Dias reportedly started dating in December, who met in the EMAs in November, who took place in Manchester – where Dias plays.
Rumors about the romance of the couple intensified only in the days after Valentine's Day after Jama had shared the bouquet of roses that she received during her return to the VK from Cape Town after the conclusion of the 2025 Love Island All Star season.
