Rudiger returns for Germany, Sane left out

Julian Nagelsmann has reminded Antonio Rudiger of the German team for their upcoming world cup qualifications, while Leroy Sane has been omitted.

Rudiger was excluded from the German matches in June in response to his eruption in the Copa del Rey -final when he received a red card even though he was sitting on the couch after he seemed to throw something at the referee.

As such, Nagelsmann criticized the behavior of the defender, in which Rudiger apologized into a recent interview and said it was “wrong and excessive”.

While Rudiger returns to the national side, Sane, who has 70 caps for Germany, will not play a role in September. He recently moved to Galatasaray after leaving Bayern Munich.

Nagelsmann has challenged the winger to stand out in the Turkish Super Lig for the next international break.

There are also three newcomers in the 23-man party, with the defender of Eintracht Frankfurt Nnamdi Collins, goalkeeper Finn Dahmen from Augsburg and Mainz midfielder Paul Nebel inclusive.

Nagelsmann is touched with a wave of injuries and is without people like Jamal Musiala, Kai Havertz, Tim Kleindienst, Marc-Andre ter Stegen, Nico Schlotterbeck and Benjamin Henrichs.

Germany will be confronted in their first qualifying competition on 4 September, before organizing North -Ireland three days later.
