The tunnel fight of Bukayo Saka with the Dani Carvajal of Real Madrid was not the first time they collided, with a feud between the couple that goes back nine months.
Saka, 23, and Carvajal, 33, collided during the incredible 2-1 victory of Arsenal on the Bernabeu on Wednesday.
The result saw the Gunners of Mikel Arteta set up a semi-final of the Champions League against Paris Saint-Germain with a 5-1 total victory.
And Saka stood in the front of the Spanish capital when his goal helped to pave the way to Glorie.
The first half, however, saw Arsenal's Star wing player picking his lines from the penalty spot.
Saka tried a Panenka chip that was saved by Thibaut Courtois.
And this raged Real Madrid icon Carvajal, who was not in the team because of injury.
While the teams went through the tunnel during the break, the right back of Real Saka confronted before he grabbed his neck in heated scenes.
The most important man of Arsenal got the last smile when he yielded a 65th minute opener, with Gabriel Martinelli who sealed the victory on the night in the third minute of the interruption time.
But it has now come to light that Saka and Carvajal have history on the field.
Their beef dates around nine months to the Euro 2024 final between England and Spain.
Both players stood in line for their respective countries in the Crunch showdown, who won Spain 2-1 in a 86th minute decision maker.
But only 20 minutes after the final, Saka and Carvajal collided.
A Mazy Run from the right-hand subsidiary of England saw him fall under pressure from his Spanish opponent.
The referee did not judge it as a mistake, despite the protests of Saka.
Indeed, the winger even called for a booking after the cynical challenge of Carvajal.
And this led to the Real Madrid Saka mocked by waving his hands over his eyes as he said the word “crybaby.”
Carvajal clearly did not forget the incident when he tried to generate Saka on Wednesday.
But the antics of the veteran did not result in Saka lost his cool.
And the rest is history after the star player of Arsenal led them to the last four in Europe.
