Mohamed Salah or Cristiano Ronaldo? Who would choose to play on the right wing of your all-time Premier League XI?
This was the debate about Sky Sports' Saturday Social that went viral during the weekend. Nieve Petruzziello and Lawrence Bury 'Buvey' were opposite parties.
Nieve was Team Salah, while Buvey Team was Ronaldo. Both agreed that Thierry Henry and Wayne Rooney formed the rest of the front three, but it was the right side that caused conflicts.
On Saturday Social eventually went with Ronaldo about Salah, but the debate is raging, so we have placed two of our football journalists against one and another to plead their business for each side.

The case for Salah
If you choose a biggest XI or a world XI, or a European XI, you choose Cristiano Ronaldo above Mo Salah. But in one of those contexts, select Ronaldo as a striker.
When we talk about Pure Premier League, Ronaldo does not even go in the conversation before the Egyptian king.
Ronaldos has surpassed the best Premier League season in Salah, he also played more consistently in the competition. The only argument for the selection of Ronaldo about the Liverpool star is based on what he did after leaving England. So how can he be about Salah in a Premier League XI?
Ronaldo won more titles, yes. But if we base it on titles, our right side must go to David Beckham. Without a doubt, Salah is currently the best right -sided player the Premier League has ever seen. And it's not even close.

The case for Ronaldo
Mo Salah is spoken in the same breath as Cristiano Ronaldo is an award in itself.
Their individual prizes are not even stacking, despite Suggestions Salah, which plays in the English top flight in his Prime, has been better for a longer period. That is also simply in the Premier League.
Part of the greatness of Ronaldo is that he was so good. He won the Ballon d'Or in 2008 and became second a year earlier at the age of 22. Salah has never reached the top three.
For all his consistency, Salah has only included twice in the PFA team of the season from a possible seven since drawing for Liverpool. Ronaldo, on the other hand, played in five during his six seasons.
That is also voted by Premier League players.
Outside goals, the Salah argument dries up, while Ronaldo brought more on the table to supplement his ability to regularly supplement the net. Ronaldo captured hearts and spirits with his elegance and skill.
If they are figures about talent, then Thierry Henry should never be mentioned in an all time Premier League XI about the biggest goal scorer of the competition, Alan Shearer. At least be consistent.
