Sean O'Malley was once considered the next large star of the UFC, but unfortunately his stars took a big hit in the past year.
Last September the UFC potentially set up their biggest show ever when they landed in the atmosphere, led by a bantamweight title fight between Sean O'Malley and Merab Dvalishvili.
In what seemed like a relatively shock result at the time, 'the machine' Dvalishvili completely dominated O'Malley to become the new champion of 135 pounds.
Despite the fact that he did not return with a victory against another competition, 'Suga' received an immediate rematch against the Georgian on UFC 316 last June and was again dominated by Dvalishvili, with a third round entry loss.

O'Malley makes a shock pension statement after back-to-back loss
In anticipation of his rematch against Merab, O'Malley applied different lifestyle changes, with one that give up social media, who for a hunter like 'Suga' who trusts his popularity among fans, it was a big thing.
However, it made no difference in his performance, which probably made his motivation a lot and he returned to his old manners shortly thereafter.
After losing his very first back-to-back in the UFC, O'Malley fans surprised when he made a daring claim that he could defeat Dvalishvili if they finally had a trilogy fight, even though they had lost him twice.
Nevertheless, 'Suga' now has a shock ranging, which states that he may never fight again after the losses he suffered.
“If I had to guess, it would be November or December this year (that I return), I would ideally fight again this year, but it is possible that I will no longer fight this year, it is actually possible that I will never fight again, you just never know,” said O'malley in a recent episode of his podcast.
At the moment it seems extremely unlikely that the 30-year-old will retire soon, despite the fact that he probably earned a lot of money during his career.
If O'Malley returns, who will he fight?
O'Malley is said to have been one of the biggest PPV tracts of the promotion when he was the champion, who also no longer matters, with the UFC on Monday announcing a huge $ 7.7 billion temporary employment deal and removes PPVs.
'Suga' was relatively fast at his title shot, which means that he was not really confronted with many contenders during his arrival, so that he still leaves different potential matchups.
At UFC 320, Merab will defend his title against Cory Sandhagen, and if the 'Sandman' is not successful in his title challenge, a fight against O'Malley can be useful for him at the beginning of next year.
