Sean O’Malley pokes fun at ‘morning routine’ trend in hilarious new video

Despite his blackout on social media, Sean O'Malley couldn't help it, but jumps online again to participate in a trend that takes over the internet.

Last September on UFC 306, Sean O'Malley disappeared his Bantamweight title disappointing when he was dominated by Merab Dvalishvili.

After his devastating loss, O'Malley announced that he went into battle with a torn Labrum and has since undergone surgery to remedy the injury.

Not only that, but since then, O'Malley has also stopped social media, which was a large floating factor that he became one of the biggest stars in the sport.

Sean O'Malley hops on the trend on social media with hilarious video

Despite his blackout on social media, 'Suga' jumped online again this week to jump on the latest trend on social media that the internet has taken over.

Online fitness coach, Ashton Hall, recently posted a video on his social media about his 'morning routine' that has been relentless ridiculous and mocked by users despite collecting nearly a billion views.

Various internet personalities have jumped on the trend, the routine of Hall mocked, where O'Malley is the last to do this.

In a video on his Instagram, the 30-year-old pretends to wake up at 3:53 am to start his routine. O'Malley then jumps in the ice bath, which he is in fact a strong proponent of. In the ice bath, O'Malley thinks his face in a bowl with ice water, something that is a recurring function in the original routine of Hall.

Fortunately for O'Malley, he is apparently the next one in line for the next 135 pounds title shot against Merab Dvalishvili.

The two even recently linked themselves to the UFC Performance Institute and discussed their potential title Rematch while they are in a jacuzzi together.

Dvalishvili recently went online viral online, after he almost fell off the edge of a cliff while showing off with a traditional Georgian dances in Monaco.

With both hunters clearly open for a rematch, it is unclear when the promotion can focus on the enormous title fight.
