Sean O'Malley has made a number of major changes during his preparations for UFC 316, where he will try to reclaim the Bantamweight title.
Some have suggested that this will give O'Malley a lead over Merab Dvalishvili in their Rematch on June 7 in Newark, New Jersey.
'Suga' and his team are convinced that after the moisture due to injuries, O'Malley is in a much better position the second time.
Adjusting the way in which they have prepared for the fight is not the only new introduction to the life of O'Malley in recent times after the birth of his son, less than two weeks from Fight Night.
The UFC star has also confirmed that there will be a change with regard to its corner team for UFC 316, where the 30-year-old makes something happen that he has been doing for a while.

Sean O'Malley announces that his father will be in his corner for the first time for UFC 316
As always, Sean O'Malley will walk to the Octagon on 7 June next to his old friend and head coach, Tim Welch.
However, this time there will also be a new presence in his corner after the challenger confirmed in an interview with ESPN MMA that his father will be by his side.
'Suga' has placed a lot of emphasis on removing external distractions prior to this huge rematch that would influence its future in the Bantam weight division.

That is why it is somewhat surprising to hear that he is changing his corner team for this fight when you expect he to try to keep things the same, so that he can concentrate on the performance and nothing else.
O'Malley explained his decision during the interview and stated that this is something he wanted to do for a long time, but the right moment has never arrived.
He believes that UFC 316 was the right time to transfer the tractor to let his own family experience the fierce lights of a UFC title fight.
“It's his 60th birthday tomorrow evening, June 7. So I thought that was a great one, I always wanted him to experience this and it never just felt good. 7 June, be 60, I get the belt back. I just make sense.”
Sean O'Malley reflects his stripped returns in his last thoughts for Vechtnond
With the ceremonial weightings for UFC 316, Sean O'Malley delivered a final message that was very relevant.
Fans have stated all Vechtweek that the challenger looks much more than in the past and this was certainly the case during his last sight with Merab Dvalishvili before they meet in the Octagon.
When Joe Rogan got the microphone, O'Malley explained his last pair of thoughts on the matchup.
“Too sharp, too fast, too focused and new!”
It seems that O'Malley and his team have done a lot of work to be fully intended for this fight after what happened last time.
The question is whether this new and improved version of the former champion is good enough to deduct 'the machine'.
