After a second consecutive setback against Merab Dvalishvili, former UFC Bantamweight champion Sean O'Malley returns to his old manners.
At the beginning of June, O'Malley took the walk in the Prudential Center of Newark with salvation and a return to the 135 pound throne in his sights, nine months later from the end of his reign on the atmosphere.
But 'Suga' failed in that goal, where Merab Dvalishvili O'Malley submitted to UFC 316 to make the two victories of two against the inhabitant of Montana for the reigning Bantam weight champion.
O'Malley has already drawn his attention to the rematch with Dvalishvili and is now spreading his efforts from the cage again.
Sean O'Malley went back to frequent social media activities after second consecutive UFC loss
After restoring an operation to restore a torn Labrum and focus on the rematch against Dvalishvili, O'Malley made a number of lifestyle changes to increase his wraakkansen.
In addition to quitting marijuana, 'Suga' came from social media, where he had been incredibly active in making content since he came up to MMA's largest stage.
That ultimately did not pay dividends when it came to his performance in the Octagon, but O'Malley claims that it still 'rejuvenated' him. And with that in mind, the 30-year-old is back.
“Okay guys, the last six months I have been completely out of social media,” O'Malley said in a video about his Instagram stories. “I wasn't really making much content.
“But I feel rejuvenated. I feel that I am enthusiastic to make content again. So we are going to post a lot of content. I have a new company.
“I am excited to start the creative juices,” O'Malley added.

Sean O'Malley's coach who don't worry back-to-back UFC title defeats
O'Malley's newest setback has left him in more than a year without victory and probably confronted with a long way back to another shot to get the bantam weight gold back.
But his coach, Tim Welch, is not worried.
Although some have suggested that the stock of O'Malley as one of the leading stars of the UFC took a hit in Newark, Welch rejected that idea during an episode of his Red Hawk Recap podcast.
The prominent trainer pointed out people like Nate Diaz and Jorge Masvidal, who have collected many defeats on their UFC records but remained big names.
“Look at Nate Diaz, how big a star he is. How much losses does he have?” Welch said. “Jorge Masvidal, how much losses does he have? They are still just f huge draws. Huge stars.”
