Sean Strickland performs dangerous stunts just hours before UFC 312 title fight

This Saturday at UFC 312, Sean Strickland has the chance to take revenge on Dricus du Plessis when the two collide in a rematch for the middleweight title.

Last January Sean Strickland's short and surprising middleweight title Reign came to an end when he was dethroned by Dricus du Plessis on UFC 297.

'Stillknocks' then defended his title against Israel Adesanya and served him in the fourth round to keep his title.

During that time, Strickland only won a victory against the regulating Paulo Costa, but despite that he surprisingly got a different title shot for Khamzat Chimaev, who claimed Du Plessis that he would rather have fighted.

Sean Strickland performs dangerous backflips from just a few hours before UFC 312 title fight

In anticipation of their rematch at UFC 312 in Australia, it was a bit of Tamer, which is a stark difference with their first meeting in which Du Plessis Strickland cried in their pre-fighting conference.

Since nowadays the norm seems to be in MMA, fans with eagle eyes noticed when the UFC released their official images of the hunters in their fighting kits, Strickland had what a Staph infection seemed to be on his left arm.

The middleweight champion did not really reject the claims when he was asked during the press conference before the fight that caused concern under the fan base.

However, that is not the only thing that Strickland has done to cause concern only a few hours before his title fight.

The 33-year-old shared a video on his social media in which he participated in a thin metal structure above the ocean that participated in a Gladiator-Type struggle. One by one, people stepped up to try to push him dangerously and push it into the water.

'Tarzan' then began to carry out backflips from the metal structure, which historically resulted in horror stories.

Sean Strickland's history of controversy prior to fighting

Although the Stickland antics are likely to have resulted in cracked teeth of UFC boss, Dana White, this is not the first time that the antics of the former champion have raised eyebrows prior to fighting.

It has regularly become for Strickland to invite people to the Xtreme Couture Gym to hire him in Sparren and that has a former navy stamp, which he closed in the cage.

Controversial has also included the mistreatment of a social media streamer that has no previous combat athletes experience.
