With the arrival of the international break, the lack of minutes for Real Madrid Starlet Arda Guler has again come into the picture as a talk point. While clubs use the break to discuss their plans for the next season, the 20-year-old has been cited as an excellent candidate to leave Los Blancos this summer.
It was previously noted that if Guler will not get a greater role at the club, he will look for a permanent exit from the club. In recent months, Guler has seen even less playing time than he had during the first half of the season, and with the exception of his contributions in the Copa del Rey, Guler did not start a single match in 2025. Carlo Ancelotti was frustrated by Guler in training and on the field, hence his lack of protagon.
Guler will not have a shortage of pretenders in the summer if he and Real Madrid decide that an exit is the best solution. In Germany, RB Leipzig and Bayer Leverkusen would like to offer an output route, but having said that, were those left for loan movements. AC Milan and Inter have also been associated with Guler in the Serie A, and according to CDs (via Diario AS) Inter have now made direct contact with Real Madrid to find out more about his situation.
Their priority for the position in the summer is Como's Nico Paz, but with Real Madrid who also wants to reduce him with their return option of € 9 million, would be generously their alternative if it takes place. The Turkish talent, which is still determined to make it at Real Madrid, would only leave if Los Blancos also includes a return option in his deal.
It is not clear what Real Madrid de Nerazzurri has told, but in all likelihood they have not made a decision about Guler. It is not yet clear whether Ancelotti will be the manager next season, which can be decisive, and Los Blancos tends to make their transfer decisions in May or June. When Paz returns to the Santiago Bernabeu, it seems to seal the fate of Guler.
