Real Madrid remains open to bring Nico Paz back to the club this summer based on their agreement with Como.
Los Blancos sanctioned a sale for the Argentina International last summer when the 20-year-old insisted to continue looking for First Team Football.
A move to Como – under the guidance of former Barcelona and Spain Star Cesc Fabregas – was seen as the ideal development area for Paz, where Real Madrid kept an eye on his progress.
Paz is impressed by his first year in Italy, with six goals and five assists as part of the Machinekamer van Fabregas, and Como is confident to avoid a relegation struggle in the coming weeks.
His current deal at Como runs until 2028, after his relocation of € 6 million from Madrid in 2024, but Los Blancos has a structured buy-back option on him.
That starts this summer about € 9 million and rises by € 1 million to June 2027, if he accepts a relocation of Como.
Paz's father recently indicated that his confidence about his son in Como remained, at least for another 12 months, to continue with an upward route.
“I think if you ask Nico what he would like to do, I think he would like to stay here for another year, because he feels very good and happy. He loves everything here, the team, the group, the people … I would agree,” according to Relo reports.
According to reports from Mundo Deportivo Plant Serie A Rivals Inter Milan a summer offer above the Real Madrid clause, despite the fact that Como also wants to reach a scheme with Los Blancos to end the clauses.
Real Madrid has also sold a 50% clause in the agreement, which can be better financially meaningful, and would represent a greater general profit than agrees to end their link with the player to keep him in como.
