The right back, although this season he has operated on different points on different points on different points, has been connected to a move for some time, in which Real Madrid initially monitors him after his breakthrough, while more recently Manchester United and Liverpool have been linked to him. Already with 66 performances, six goals and seven assists for Seville, despite being only 21 years old, Juanlu has become an important part of their team. Last summer he was also part of the Spain side that won gold at the Olympic Games of Paris 2024. This year he made 27 performances, and nine of those target contributions also came as a result of the fact that he crashes the midfield box under Garcia Pimienta.

Recent reports have also claimed that the new deal from Juanlu will have a release clause of € 40 million, giving Sevilla much more control over his future, because they can demand a higher fee. A not insignificant detail, in which the sale probably comes for seven-fold Europa League champions, which have to pay € 30 million in sales before the end of June to balance their bills.
