The rising competitor of the middleweight Shara Magomedov suffered the first loss of his career in Saudi Arabia on Saturday evening.
On Saturday evening, the return from the UFC to Riyad had a CO-Main event that would compete against each other two of the most exciting strikers in the sport.
The unbeaten Shara 'Bullet' welcomed Michael 'Venom' page in 185 pounds in what many expected to be a technical struggle and although that happened, the fight was not overly competitive.
In the end it was a dominant victory for 'MVP' who could have his opponent guessed with his incredibly unique and uncomfortable striking style that remains one of the most difficult puzzles to solve in MMA.
Magomedov thought about the first defeat of his career in a social media post after the fight where he explained that he was contrary to a “nightmare -like health status”.

Michael 'Venom' page says that Shara Magomedov should have said nothing
Michael 'Venom' page was certainly the more experienced of the two men who were involved in the Co-Main event on 1 February.
He has not only had 10 pro battles than Magomedov, he knows what it is like to be a hunter that everyone is talking about and to come through difficult moments and setbacks.
Page gave his opinion about the game during an appearance on the Ariel Helwani show on the Monday after he had secured his second victory in the Octagon.
The 37-year-old was somewhat critical of the way his opponent had responded to the loss by saying that he was in danger to go into the game instead of keeping this information for himself.
'For me, if I would give [Shara Bullet] Every advice that improves … If you accept the fight, knowing that you have had it [an injury] The result is the result prior to the fight. If you win, you can say what you want.
“If you lose, you know, just keep it for yourself. He could be completely factual, but it just happens wrong, comes across as an excuse … that would be my only advice for him. “
What is the next step for Shara Magomedov?
Michael 'Venom' page now has many different options on the table, but for Shara Magomedov it is back to the drawing board after his four-patch is ending in the UFC.
This defeat also saw him fall from the top 15 rankings on 185 pounds, replaced by Bo Nickal with Michel Pereira those two places up in the latest update.

Although 'Bullet' will always be a draw on every card he is because of his fighting style and highlight, it might not be the worst for him from the spotlights.
It is certainly not a shame to be beaten on the feet by 'MVP', but there was a lack of a plan B on Saturday evening, so pumping the brakes so somewhat could allow him to make a number of necessary adjustments after one Sizzling start of his UFC career.
