Shara Magomedov underwent successful surgery just hours after his come-from-behind UFC Abu Dhabi win

Shara Magomedov sustained a brutal injury during his UFC Abu Dhabi returned last Saturday and he didn't wait to solve the problem.

After having suffered from his first loss in professional MMA previous time against Michael 'Venom' page, the Russian phenomenon Shara Magomedov knew that he had to bounce in an impressive way to maintain a hype.

And with that the promotion corresponded to the tough Canadian Marc-Andre Barriault in UFC Abu Dhabi last Saturday.

Although she wanted to set up a show for the fans, Shara 'Bullet' had to overcome early adversity to finally end up with the unanimous decision.

Shara Magomedov was operated on only a few hours after the victory of the UFC Abu Dhabi

After an impressive opening round where the Russian again showed his incredible spading heavy striking style, it seemed that he would do an impressive version.

In round two, however, the 31-year-old was caught with a huge counter of Barriault who immediately broke the nose of Magomedov, who started leaking over the canvas blood.

Somehow the Russian fought through the brutal injury and dominated it again in the final round, bouncing back with the victory. After the fight, he left a shot his way by Dricus du Plessis, whom he could eventually fight for the title.

Not long after, Magomedov went to social media with a message of two words, in which he was aware that he was back after his first loss earlier this year.

And after having had such a brutal nose break, 'bullet' did not wait to have the injury repaired while he was operated on only a few hours after his victory.

According to Red Corner MMA, Shara 'Bullet' remains in the hospital in Abu Dhabi for 1-2 days after successful nasal surgery.

What is the next step for Shara Magomedov?

Although it is still considered a prospect in the middleweight division, Magomedov is 31 years old and quickly grows from his 'prospect' title.

After having stopped the rankings of 185 pounds after having stopped his loss against 'MVP', the Russian probably hopes to fight a top 15 opponent again next time.

Currently, Rank 11 is Marvin Vettori who comes from another loss and probably has to defend his ranking next time.
