‘Should be illegal’ – MU and TOT fans face staying in £2k Squid Game-like hostel

A Bilbao hostel has been beaten for charging football fans of more than £ 2,000 -to stay in beds reminiscent of Netflix Show Squid game.

Fans of Manchester United and Tottenham are desperately looking for accommodation in the Spanish city prior to the Europa League final.

The most important parties will fight on the Estadio de San Mamés next Wednesday.

But the Bilbao Metropolitan Hostel – just nine minutes from the ground – is accused of cashing.

Dissatisfied supporters compared the bedroom arrangement with the dorms in Squid game, which in 2021 became a global phenomenon.

Participants are forced to sleep in a warehouse full of bunk beds in the South Korean show.

And fans were furious to learn the prize for a stay of three nights in similar excavations in the Bossh Hotels Hostel.

Four adults would have to figure out no less than £ 2,338 if they wanted to stay from Tuesday 20 May to Friday 23 May, as reported by Needtoknow.

Fans flowed to social media to complain about the hostel that increased the prices that are so dramatic before Wednesday's showpiece.

A fan wrote as an answer: “Sleeping in Squid game for £ 2,000.”

Another joke: “You could win 45 billion Korean won.”

While a third party has been added: “Must be illegal to take advantage as they are.”

And a fourth prevented: “Certainly, nobody pays £ 2,000 for a hostel. I wouldn't even pay £ 200. Would prefer to sleep at the airport.”

Bossh Hotels has been approached for a comment.

Last week it was revealed that United will not give any staff free tickets for the final.
