Sir Jim Ratcliffe could be forced out of Man Utd THIS YEAR

Sir Jim Ratcliffe can be forced this year from Manchester United.

The British billionaire, 72, invested more than £ 1 billion to take a 27.7 percent interest in his beloved Red Devils just over a year ago.

To say that so far it has been a tumultuous roller coaster ride, an understatement would be.

Part of the acquisition of the minority increased the club's run to Ratcliffe of the Glazer family, who remain the majority owners.

And he did not waste time to leave his mark with a revision of the board, a new manager, hundreds of fired and various unpopular money measures – from increased ticket prices to the staff Christmas party that is canceled.

He even started plans for a brand new £ 2 billion stadium, 100,000 seats to replace the crumbling, leaking Old Trafford.

However, the Ratcliffe rules at Manchester United, could be later this year.

According to Bloomberg, the glassers have the option to sell the club within six months.

And if they continue and continue, they can force Ratcliffe to give up his association.

The report adds that Ratcliffe would have the option to first make his own bid.

And it is understood that the Ineos Chief not only wants to retain its interest – but also increase it if the opportunity occurs.

It is unclear what the glazers are planning to do with the club.

The American family continues to own United from far and retain a hands-off approach, even more with Ratcliffe responsible for daily activities.

Bloomberg, however, states that the glazers were still happy with the state of the club at the end of last year.

That is despite the fact that the club loses more than £ 100 million in the first year of Ratcliffe and the results in the field get worse.

Under new boss Ruben Amorim is United 15th in the Premier League table.

Internally, the ambitious plan is to win the title again by 2028.

The financial landscape is gloomy outside the field.

They have posted losses of more than £ 300 million in the last three years to break them the risk of breaking PSR rules, while debts are now around £ 700 million.

So even if the glazers wanted to sell, it can be difficult to find a buyer who is willing to accept the mess of Manchester United.

It would probably still require a mega-rich bid supported by the state-comparable with the person who has matched Ratcliffe from Qatar.

And a speculative option may be that the Qataris goes back for United – Fronted by Nasser Al -Khelaifi.

Al-Khelaifi, 51, is the chairman of Bein and the Qatar Sports Investment Group-Die, in turn, sees President of Paris Saint-Germain.

But are problems brewing with PSG and this could in theory be an ideal opportunity for the Qataris to jump out of PSG and take on a new challenge.

Al -Khelaifi has aggressively clashes with rival Ligue 1 -owners -even Lyon opposite John Textor a “Cowboy” in leaked images of an online meeting.

According to Agence France Presse, he has also been accused of complicity in an “abuse of power” with regard to an important vote this month.

And finally has already – KHelaifi – who has not delivered the Champions League since his appointment in 2011 – expressed his frustration that PSG will leave the Parc des Princes and find a new stadium after the mayor of the city confirms that it is not for sale wax.
