Sir Jim Ratcliffe fears Man Utd could go BUST without his cost-cutting measures

Co -owner of Manchester United Sir Jim Ratcliffe is said to be feared that the club can go bankrupt – unless he radically leaves the costs.

Sunsport revealed on Tuesday that the United Chief was set up to compensate for Old Trafford between 100-200.

Ratcliffe paid £ 1 billion last year to acquire 27.7 percent of the Premier League club.

Since then, the 72-year-old has taken a front hammer to the finances of United.

He made 250 of the 1,150 workforce last July and has ridiculed fans by lowering club ambassadors, including former Boss Sir Alex Ferguson.

According to The Guardian, Ratcliffe has indicated that he “has little choice” but to save the costs considerably in the club.

United has lost £ 300 million in the last three years – but the co -owner of the United States is convinced that he can turn things around in two seasons.

Insiders said that the Outlet United “had cash” if Ratcliffe had not injected £ 240 million last year.

And Ratcliffe is willing to continue with his cost -saving – even though he knows that it is enormously unpopular with fans.

Almost every united player could be for sale this summer at Old Trafford.

It has been a gloomy season on the field, with the Red Devils who are currently having awarded away in the lower half of the top flight.

To bypass PSR rules, stars of Handgrown, such as Marcus Rashford and Kobbie Mainoo, seem to be sold before the investment in the team can begin.

United was quiet in the January window and brought Patrick Dorgu in for £ 25 million from Lecce and younger Ayden Heaven from Arsenal.

Ratcliffe has ambitious plans for Old Trafford and the surrounding area.

He wants to build a “Wembley of the North” on the current site – for almost £ 2 billion.

The club still delegates whether it should invest in Old Trafford or move to a new stadium with 100,000 seats.

A decision is expected for the plans supported by the government before the summer.
