Sean Brady responds to Leon Edwards Feat ATAF before UFC London
Earlier this week, Sean Brady and Leon Edwards ventured to the O2-Arena in London, England, to first face their main event conflict on March 22.
“It was cool, the man is long, lean – you know, as if he is a tall man,” Brady Mma Junkie told about the face, laughing that it was the fastest face he ever had in the UFC.
“It was literally four seconds of us who came across, it was the fastest interaction I have ever had in my life, so I can't take much of that.”
With just a few days to go; The wider MMA community is divided about who they think it will win on Saturday evening Brady as a small favorite, while tapology picks once go so light in the advantage of Edwards.
“Listen, I have nothing but respect for Leon, that's how I am with all these guys, it's nothing personal, just business,” the 17-1 American said before he teased that Edwards has never confronted anyone with his specific skills.
“You can't prepare for something that you have never felt before you know, and that is where guys are surprised … as if they see me and go 'this guy is strong', this and that, but until you feel my grip, my squeeze and the pressure I exerted you will be different.
“He talks about how he always fights against grapplers, but he doesn't do great to them either.”
Sean Brady says that there will be no benefit of birth city for Leon Edwards
Apart from their different fighting styles and the experience of the main event, one of the biggest benefits of Edwards is the fact that he will have more than 17,000 screaming fans behind him.
Brady, however, is not worried about the benefit of his birthplace of his opponents; He even believes that it could play in his game plan to bring the fight to 'Rocky'.
“I believe 100% in myself that I can fly everywhere in this world and defeat who I have to beat … At the end of the day everyone keeps talking about the O2 and all these people [backing Leon] But you know, I do this every day, once we come in and it alone is me and him, there is nothing else important.
“None of that noise is important, none of these people can fight for him, he can only fight for himself and I am going to take the fight to him.”
“None of these people can fight for him.”
Sean Brady believes that the atmosphere of O2 Arena Leon Edwards gives no benefit when they collide in the main event at #ufclondon.

Brady bounced back from a Schokko loss to Belal Muhammad in 2022 with an entry victory over Kelvin Gastelum in 2023 and a unanimous decision victory over Gilbert Burns in his last game.
“He is a very good striker, a technical striker,” Brady continued on the incoming main event: “But this is not a kickboxing match, it's a fight.
“I'm going to make it dirty, and I don't think it's comfortable there.”
UFC Fight Night: Edwards vs Brady goes live on Saturday 22 March.
