It is expected that Liverpool will be busy in the summer transfer window, since manager Arne Slot wants to strengthen a team that has won the Premier League with the times to save
Liverpool -manager Arne Slot has explained what his team will demand for new signing sessions. The Side of Slot has won the Premier League in a canter, also reached the Carabao Cup final and loses only and closely against Champions League finalists Paris Saint-Germain in the round of 16, and the standards for new signing sessions are high.
A man who is absolutely on his way to Anfield is Giorgi Mamardashvili, where the Valencia goalkeeper agrees last summer. He hopes to appear more regularly than the only other signing of Slot, Federico Chiesa, who is still waiting for his first Premier League start.
“We just won the competition, we were so competitive against PSG, it is not easy to find better players to improve us,” Slot reporters told Arsenal prior to Sunday's game. “They must be available and we must be able to afford it.”
Slot's Magic Potion or available, affordable and an improvement compared to the current crop does not indicate a huge pool of players. Captain Virgil van Dijk, however, expected a busy few months when he committed his future to the club.
“Whatever happens in terms of players who go out, players who come in, I think it should be a big summer,” said the skipper. “I think they are planning to make it a big summer, so we all have to trust the board, as a Liverpool fan, to do the right work. I think Liverpool should be able to challenge for titles in the coming years.”
Some areas may require more urgent attention than others. Right back will be a key position in which Trent Alexander-Arnold confirms that he will leave the club when his contract ends in the summer.
While Van Dijk and top scorer Mohamed Salah corresponded to contract extensions, Alexander-Arnold is expected to be in Real Madrid next season instead of Liverpool. The Reds are linked to a number of potential replacements, with Jeremie Frimpong from Bayer Leverkusen among them, but could still enter with Conor Bradley as their first choice and will give the young person an opportunity to impress between now and the end of the season.
“Let's not compare [him] With Trent, in my opinion they are already different types: “Slot said about Bradley.” With Conor we all see the potential, but last week I walked on the field with him and looked around because it was the first time for me (on Stamford Bridge). And I was very surprised that he also made a comment about the stadium because it was the first time he was there too.

Slot indicated that Bradley would have started at Chelsea if he had not worked back to match the sharpness after an injury hit campaign and expects that he will start at home at Arsenal. The Noord -Ireland International missed a series of competitions in December and then was in a new enchantment on the sidelines in February and March, so that he kept out of the Carabao Cup final.
“He needs playing time, games under his belt to be prepared for next season,” said the manager. “Unfortunately he has not been fit all season, but to become a good player, you have to be fit all season, but we have a lot of confidence in him as a very good full-back for Liverpool.”
