Liverpool look has been set to win the Premier League title this season, but this summer there may be a number of stunning signing sessions in the pipeline in Anfield, because the Reds strive to maintain their excerpt stars.
Liverpool could have a huge summer ahead, because Arne Slot wants to defend the Premier League. The Reds have not even claimed the title of this season, but it seems only a matter of time until they are confirmed as champions.
And as soon as that happens, the attention will follow on the following season, with some large signing sessions possible in the pipeline. A large number of current Liverpool stars, including Mohamed Salah, Virgil van Dijk and Trent Alexander-Arnold, all have no contract this summer, but the Reds have not lost the hope of keeping each of the trio.
But if that doesn't happen, they might have to dive on the market. A few names have already been linked to movements to Anfield months before the window is opened.
But what could the XI of Liverpool look like, should they make those movements? Mirror Football takes a look …
Starting in the goal, Arne Slot is left with a difficult decision with three potential number of numbers on his hands. The Brazilian stop Alisson is for the time being his first choice, with Caoimhin Kelleher his backup – although he could leave the following season. Giorgi Mhamardashvili will arrive at Merseyside in the summer and will challenge Alisson, but the latter must remain between the sticks for the time being.
There must be some changes in the defense. The first may be right back, with Alexander-Arnold apparently ready for a move to Real Madrid. Liverpool has regularly been associated with Jeremie Frimpong from Bayer Leverkusen, which can be drawn up as a replacement.
Liverpool could also possibly move for his teammate Pedro Hincapie, who can replace Ibrahima Konate in the heart of the defense. In the meantime, there could also be a new face on the left in the form of Bournemouth star Milos Kerkez, who is connected to a move to Anfield after his striking versions on the south coast.
One talk point is also the future of Virgil van Dijk, who no longer has a contract with Anfield. But club heads are said to be hopeful that he will expand his stay on Merseyside.

It is in an attack where there can be a number of very serious changes. With Kerkez already putting on a Liverpool shirt, the Reds could choose to raid Bournemouth again for through -upward Antoine Semenyo.
Liverpool could possibly place itself at the front of the queue for Semenyo with a potential swap deal in which Ben Doak was involved. On the subject of Liverpool players, the race leads, the Reds are said to be one of the front runners for the former Spurs star Harry Kane.
He is apparently ready to return to the Premier League, something that Liverpool could certainly offer him. And if that is the case, he would put together a stunning goal partnership alongside Mo Salah, who still hopes that they can keep at Anfield.
Potential Liverpool XI: Alisson; Kerkez, van Dijk, Hincapie, Frimpong; Gravenberch, Mac Allister, Szoboszlai; Salah, Semenyo, Kane.
