Match report
It was not long for the three Paris attackers to get started, with the Georgian found on the distant post by Hakimi, but Kvara could not direct the ball well enough to score his first goal for Paris (13 '). After an Ajorque shot was scary wide (18 '), it was Barcola who then came close, which caused problems before he hit the outside of the post from a tight corner (19').
Bradley was ultimately decisive in setting up Dembélé. Played back through Ruiz, he entered the box and pulled it back to Ousmane, who only ended in front of goal (0-1, 29 '). The scorer of 5 of the last 7 goals in Ligue 1, Dembélé is back at the top of the score cards.
The rouge et -bleu dominated, against a Brest side that had to withdraw to prevent you from admitting more. But they came back with a renewed target feeling in the second half, which was rewarded when Del Castillo equalized with a side-hearted finish along Donnarumma (1-1, 50 ').
However, it was not long before the men of Luis Enrique responded, and it was again Dembélé who found the net when a long ball was badly cleared by the Breton defense. He was alert and took advantage of the weakness of the opposition to put his side in the front again (1-2, 57 '). A hat trick against Stuttgart and a hat trick against Brest, as he added to a nice team movement a few moments later.
Doué, who had just arrived, found Lee in the box, who let his opponent dance before he found Dembélé in space. He finished nicely past Bizot to extend the lead on his part (1-3, 62 '). He becomes the first player in the history of the club that scores back-to-back hattricks. Dembouz writes history!
But as is often the case this season, Brest managed to find the means to keep the ruling French champions sharp, and Ludovic Ajorque withdrew one side to keep the game alive (2-3, 71 ' ). Although they started pressing after the goal, they broke after the introduction of Ramos, who makes it a habit to score at the end of the bank's matches to complete victories. After Doué set him the first (2-4, 89 '), he made the second alone, played an unintended one-two with his marker before he found the back of the net for the Naste goal in Paris in Paris League History (2-5, 90 '+7).
It was an excellent victory against an opponent who never gives up, and it promises to be two great evenings of European cup action against the same opponents later this month.
