Mexico City has not been nice for the Nebraska inhabitant, but he doesn't keep a resort.
March 29 was a difficult night at the office for Drew Dober, who suffered a knockout loss for Manuel Torres in the opening round of their Co-Main event fight.
The 36-year-old has since had to think about the loss via social media, where Dober Rekwisites gave his opponent and admitted to make a mistake.
A hunter who could not take the walk was Joe Pyfer whose fight with Kelvin Gastelum was canceled on the day of the event due to illness.
When Pyfer gave his opinion last weekend, he destroyed Mexico during the trial and stated that he will never go back in a controversial anger.
Drew Dober receives praise from the fans for stylish statements after the fight
Joe Pyfer's destructive comments about Mexico were not surprisingly met with a hard and surprised response from the fans.
The same cannot be said for the last explanation of Drew Dober after the fourth knockout loss of his 43-Vecht career.
He referred on social media to the fact that he fought on both occasions in Mexico City, he has suffered a devastating loss that he submitted in the first round by Efrain Escudero on UFC 188 in 2015.

In a complete contrast with Pyfer's comments about Mexico, the food and the height, Dober spoke about the great experiences he had during fighting at Arena CDMX, even if the results did not go away.
“No matter how much I love Mexico city, it has given me two of my most embarrassing losses of my career, haha. But the food and people are still the best. I am happy and healthy and excited to stay at home for a while.”
Although some people call on Dober to retire in the immediate aftermath of the loss, his respectful comments were offered for the following days with worship of the fans.
“Nothing to be ashamed of brother. You are back,” wrote a fan with many of the answers that share the same sentiment of: “It is part of the game you play, you are a great hunter Drew and the fans appreciate you.”
“Good to see! There is still something pretty cool to keep fighting, move forward with hands up to go after a loss after a loss. True Warrior.”

Drew Dober has collected a number of difficult positions in the past
After his loss against Manuel Torres, Drew Dober is now without a victory in his last three outings in the Octagon.
After he participated 25 times under the UFC banner, he is certainly no stranger to overcome adversity and that experience will help him in the coming months.
In fact, his time in the promotion could have been very different after his first five fights in the Octagon saw him produce one win with three losses and a NO match.
Since then he has gone 12-8 at the highest level and has had to deal with the will of Islam Makhakev, Renato Moicano, Beneil Dariush and Jean Silva.
