The Premier League transfer window will be opened and closed twice this summer, with the controversial departure of Trent Alexander-Arnold, Kevin De Bruyne and Dean Huijsen already announced.
Due to an exceptional registration period for the extensive Club World Cup, the transfer window will be opened between Sunday 1 June and Tuesday 10 June.
It will then be opened again on Monday, June 16 to Deadline Day on Monday 1 September.
All Premier League clubs will be free to do business during the earlier window, not only Chelsea and Manchester City, who participate in the World Cup club.
