Arsenal is in conversation with the Norwegian Rosenborg about a deal for teen sverre nypan.
A number of other clubs would be interested in the 18-year-old attacking midfielder.
The teenager, who also represents Norway at U21 level, played 28 games for Rosenborg during last season's eliteserien, who ran from March to December 2024, in which he scored eight and registered seven assists.
At 15 years and 322 days, NYPAN was the youngest player that Rosenborg represented when he made his debut against Jerv in 2022.
Later, with 16 years and 145 days old, he became the youngest player who scored in a league match for the Norwegian team.
Atleti and Dortmund remain interested in Zinchenko
Atletico Madrid and Borussia Dortmund both remain interested in taking over Oleksandr Zinchenko from Arsenal this week.
Arsenal would look at offers, since his contract is only running for eighteen months.
The Gunners have a good depth as a left back after the rise of Myles Lewis-Skelly and the ability of Riccardo Calafiori to play there too.
Kieran Tierney is fit again, but his future is also in the air when he starts the last days of the period.
The left back is talking about a provisional contract with Celtic for the summer.
