Meet Cole Palmer’s stunning nail artist girlfriend who joined the Chelsea star at the GQ Men of the Year event

COLE Palmer and his gorgeous girlfriend Connie Grace appear to be official.

Palmer, 22, was first photographed on holiday in Ibiza with the blonde beauty in August.

The pair were all smiles as they relaxed on a boat and rode the waves together on a paddleboard for a summer vacation.

And their romance has evolved somewhat since then.

Now the beautiful Connie has joined Palmer at the GQ Men of the Year event at Kensington Roof Gardens – making it their first photo debut at a dedicated public event.

She dazzled the Blues midfielder in a daring cut-out dress.

They were joined by Palmer's mother, Marie, at the bash in London.

Palmer clearly caught her off guard in August when she took a private jet to Ibiza for their break.

She then shared photos from a trip to Rome in September.

Although they have kept their romance private on Instagram, with the occasional like shared by Palmer on some of her glamor shots, Connie revealed herself as a true fan.
