Napoli chief Manna plans to return to Juventus for defensive addition

TMW say Napoli are looking to make a defensive signing in January and Danilo is seen as a price-cutting option for January.

Napoli chief Giovanni Manna knows Danilo from his time at Juve and would like to bring the Brazilian defender to Naples next month.

Danilo is aware of the interest and has approved the move.

However, Juve are not ready to greenlight the deal yet as their squad is currently short on defensive numbers. A sale will likely only happen if a replacement is found first.
