Jake Paul beating Mike Tyson was a bitter pill for the entire boxing world to swallow, but it was even harder for a man who has only himself to blame.

Shannon Briggs takes the blame for Mike Tyson's loss to Jake Paul
Born and raised in Brownsville, New York, USA, Shannon Briggs, much like Mike Tyson, has a level of respect for his fellow heavyweight champion that can only come from growing up in the same environment.
'The Cannon' is very fond of 'Iron Mike', with the pair sharing a good relationship.
Unfortunately, Briggs had no idea that when he started working with Jake Paul, he was setting the wheels in motion for 'The Problem Child' to dominate his hero in front of a packed house at the Dallas Cowboys stadium.
The former two-time world heavyweight champion teamed up with the YouTuber and his brother Logan Paul at the start of their boxing journeys, helping the pair learn the tricks of the sport that would ultimately consume the 27-year-old's life.

Slowly but surely, Paul has outgrown the world of social media and become a huge star in the mainstream. He convinces fans to watch his fights hoping he will lose, just like Floyd Mayweather did before him.
Briggs has now taken responsibility for the situation and says this is all his fault.
In an interview with Fight Hype, the 52-year-old said: “I feel responsible because I feel like I created this monster. We developed what you see today with YouTube boxing. It's crazy.”
He later added: “I would have liked to see Mike Tyson throw more punches. I wonder why he wasn't.
“He should have gone crazy and hustled and taken it to him.”
