UFC Strawweight -Medicing Tatiana Suarez only ran for a few minutes in her fight with Zhang Weili on a bizarre injury at UFC 312.
The first shot of Tatiana Suarez on UFC Gold was heavily compromised in her rhythm for a few minutes in her rhythm.
After winning her first 10 professional fights, Suarez quickly climbed to the Stromweight Title shot on UFC 312. Despite entering the Octagon as a modest favorite, she struggled against Weili's pace and pressure and couldn't do much with Her signature are struggling.

Suarez's medium injury is the latter in a whole series of health problems that she has treated in and out of the cage during her career. After beating cancer and finding early success in MMA, several injuries put her activity early in her career, including an interruption of four years of 2019-2023.
Suarez's annoying vaccination could possibly postpone its UFC return time line after the loss for Weili. Before the loss for Weili, Suarez only fought twice in six years to earn the next Stromweight Title Shot.
Suarez was supposed to face Virna Jandiroba in a no. 1 candidate fight on UFC 310 before he sustained an injury just a few weeks before the planned fight. She secured the title shot by completing Jessica Andrade on UFC Nashville in August 2023.
Zhang Weili leaves UFC 312 in an uncomfortable place despite impressive title defense
In the meantime, the dominant performance of Weili eliminates another top candidate in the title photo of the Strawweight Division. She holds victories against four of the current Top 5 Strawweight opportunities, including in her previous title defense against Yan Xiaonan on UFC 300 in April.
The next potential fight by Weili could be against Virna Jandiroba, who had to be confronted with Suarez in December. Jandiroba recently defeated Amanda Lemos in July and is planned to tackle Xiaonan at UFC 314.
Weili has also suggested a potential superfight with UFC flight weight champion Valentina Shevchenko on various occasions in her career. From this letter, Shevchenko has not been booked for her upcoming title defense after recovering the belt on UFC 306.
After dismantling Suarez on UFC 312, Weili has various intriguing options for its next fight, including a potential aim to become a two -road champion. The pound-for-pound queen of the UFC separated from the rest of the peloton after her last dominant performance.
