Jadon Sancho took a moment to comfort a tearful Antony after helping Chelsea to beat Real Betis 4-1 to win the Conference Competition Final in Wrocław.
The wing player hit the third goal of the blues when they became the first club to each won of the five major European trophies.

It could prove to be a career-defined impact for Sancho, since his future is in balance with Chelsea to decide whether he wants to sign him on a permanent deal.
The 25-year-old was on loan from Man United at the end of last summer's transfer window and signed for the duration of the 2024/25 season.
The deal included the condition that Chelsea would be obliged to sign Sancho for £ 25 million if they end up higher than 14th in the Premier League.
The blues, who finished fourth, must pay a fine of £ 5 million to Man United if they want to purchase that period, but manager Enzo Maresca revealed in the structure of the final that Chelsea's decision was still being processed.
