He was rewarded with a starting berth for the trip to Leicester on Sunday evening.

But things are unraveled for the wonderful after a coming at Patson Daka in the first half of the King Power.

Heaven seemed to roll his ankle, with concerned teammates who gesture for medical staff.

The teenager was treated on the field before he was stretched.

While a third added: “Feel for the heaven of Ayden. He has been surprisingly good since he became a member. However, injuries can be terrible. I hope he recovers well.”

It was not expected that he would break into the first team at Old Trafford so quickly.

He was signed with a view to the future, but caught Amorim's eye during his Europa League photo.

Prior to Sunday's game, Amorim said: “If he continues like this, he will play.

“Of course he is young and he didn't play much this season, maybe only 45 minutes for the youngsters under 21, then a few minutes here and now a full game.

“I really like his confidence. I love his pace, I think he is good at defending the box and I think he is very complete.

“But he has a lot of work to do in the Premier League.”

Heaven now joins a list of stars in the United Hackter room.

Lisandro Martinez, Leny Yoro and Harry Maguire were not all available for Amorim for Sunday's collision in the East Midlands.

Rasmus Hojlund led United and ended his long goals drought in the process.

And Alejandro Garnacho added a second for the Red Devils after the break, with the men of Ruud van Nistelrooy stared to an immediate return to the championship.
