Manchester United earns millions in sales costs from former players who are moving clubs this summer.
The Red Devils want to strengthen their own team after a gloomy seasonal last campaign in which they end 15th in the Premier League under new head coach Ruben Amorim.
Their season could have been saved somewhat if they had won the Europa League, but they lost the last 1-0 against Premier League-Rivalen Tottenham and the pressure is now on Amorim to perform.
After having branded the 'worst' in the history of the club last season, Amorim has been desperate to improve the staff on his side, with United officials who support him on the transfer market so far.
Matheus Cunha has been the main arrival to £ 62.5 million from Wolves, while Diego Leon also signed for £ 7 million from Paraguayan Side Cerro Poreno. However, the chase for Bryan Mbeumo is still on, with the Red Devils still to satisfy Brentford's appreciation of £ 65 million.
But Amorim's side has received boosts elsewhere on the Markts market because of former players who exchange Kant – with the £ 55 million from Anthony Elanga to Newcastle who presents exactly that.
According to James Ducker of the Telegraph, Elanga's moving to the Northeast United has seen £ 6 million because of a clause inserted in a former deal.
Winger Elanga left Old Trafford for Nottingham Forest in 2023 after struggling for playing time at Old Trafford, but soon became an established Premier League star and a sought-after man.
He had spent eight years at United after he arrived at their academy in 2015 and had made 55 performances for the first team before he leaves.
The now 23-year-old came to Forest for £ 15 million, but with a reported outlined clause that United Bank would see 15 percent of the profit for each deal. Since he has moved for £ 55 million, United would have raised around £ 6 million of the reimbursement.
That is also the case around former United Left Back Alvaro Carreras, who is about to leave Benfica to join Real Madrid for around £ 43 million.
Carreras, 22, spent four years at United after initially with their youth arrangement from Madrid, but did not succeed in making a first team on loan in Preston, Granada and Benfica.
Last summer he moved permanently to Portugal for around £ 7 million, which means that Benfica will have around £ 36 million profit. 20 percent of that – £ 7.2 million – go to United.
The money earned by the Red Devils could be added to their transfer Kitty this summer while they want to continue to rebuild their team for a large year for Amorim.
They also hope to raise more money in the sale, with Juventus reportedly making Marcus Rashford their top goal this summer.
United has their own bombe team, told with five players to look for new parties. They are Rashford, Alejandro Garnacho, Tyrell Malacia, Antony and Jadon Sancho.
Summer was made more difficult due to a lack of European competition next season, but the club is supposed to continue to add to their ranks.
