Toodd Boehly has been accused by Chelsea fans of a 'breach of trust' for his involvement in a Ticket resale company.
Co-owner of Chelsea Boehly is also a director of the American lively seats that is 'unauthorized' by the Premier League.
Vivid Seats is Advertising VIP packages for the last home game of Title-Chasing Liverpool against Crystal Palace for more than £ 9,000.
Chelsea's supporter confidence issued a statement about the issue with the text: “Vivid Seats is currently mentioning hundreds of Chelsea FC general admission tickets at considerably inflated prices.
“Because these tickets are not sold by the Chelsea FC website, they are considered by the club as 'illegal' sales.
“Within the recent CST ticketing survey, many CST members suggested that Mr Boehly's connection with lively seats is a 'breach of trust' and can be a conflict of interest.
“It is in the best interest of Mr Boehly to investigate these issues and to tackle the concerns of supporters.
“We do not believe that it is appropriate for Chelsea tickets or broader Premier League tickets to be mentioned on the Vivid Seats website.”
Lively seats offer tickets for Chelsea's home game against Liverpool on 3 May for £ 1,445.
