The confidence of the Chelsea supporters has written to Premier League Chief Richard Masters who called for an investigation into the involvement that Todd Boehly has with Ticket Exchange and Resal Company Lively seats.
Boehly has a little less than 37 percent of Chelsea and is also an investor and director at Vivid.
The American company offers fans from outside the UK the opportunity to buy and sell Premier League tickets, but this can be done beyond the nominal value, with the letter from CST that points to a ticket for Liverpool's last home match of the season for £ 20,000.
“Vivid chairs continue to mention the most important tickets for upper nominal value at considerably inflated rates and our members have continued to indicate that Mr Boehly's connection with lively seats is a violation of trust and a clear conflict of interest,” said a CST spokesperson.
“This not only undermines the efforts of Chelsea FC, the Premier League and the Metropolitan Police to combat touts, but vibrant seats are contrary to the Chelsea FC ticket policy and is explicitly mentioned by the Premier League as a known non -authorized ticket website.
“We believe that it is now the time for the Premier League to act quickly and to ensure that a large shareholder of a Premier League club stops to facilitate the sale of tickets for considerably above nominal value.”
Lively seats, the representatives of Todd Boehly, Chelsea and the Premier League have been contacted for comment.
