Tom Aspinall has given Jon Jones respect, despite their intense rivalry.
The UFC Interim Heavyweight Champion does everything in its power to secure a match-up with one of the greatest to ever do it.
Unfortunately, the American has not shown much enthusiasm for a confrontation, in which Aspinall has left to train with the strongest man in the world, while he hopefully will sign the contract for his arch enemy so that he can start his training camp well.
Regardless of his personal feelings towards the gifted mixed martial artist, the Brit still has his fighting skills in very high esteem.

Tom Aspinall gives Jon Jones and Dricus du Plessis a 9.5/10
In a video uploaded to his YouTube channel, Tom Aspinall assessed different UFC hunters on a scale of one to ten.
And while nobody received full figures, Jon Jones and Dricus du Plessis came closest, where every man only missed 0.5.
The Engelsman discussed the middleweight King: “9.5, because he lets that unorthodox style work for him, and none of his opponents has any idea how to deal with it. Super Smart Fighter. “
When he was asked for Jones, the Dynamite Puncher explained: “9.5. Nobody can be the perfect hunter, but he is certainly close. “

Jon Jones advised to avoid 'young and hungry' Tom Aspinall
Although Aspinall would like nothing more than getting in his hands, not everyone is so convinced that the fight should continue.
The match-up would place one of the most talented hunters who ever adorned the Octagon, against a demolition machine, able to take someone with only one shot.
For the time being, however, the potential collision is not one that is guaranteed.
Now a former UFC star has explained why Jones should not fight Asinall.
