So, with the time to save, he has taken a break of his regular training regime to show the Strongman the ropes.

Tom Aspinall is struggling with the world's strongest man, Tom Stoltman
While Tom Aspinall has proven himself as one of the most frightening competitors in mixed martial arts, which means that his opponents are often unconscious with his thunderous power, he is much more than a purely puncher.
With a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt, the athlete is an expert in the wrestling department. And he showed his expertise during a session with Tom Stoltman.
While he stood at 6ft8 and weighing at no less than 396 pounds, the 3x world champion had never trained in MMA before, making him a little worried.
However, it was not long before Aspinall got him on the right track.
After drilling Takedowns, the UFC -Interim Heavyweight Champion set the Scotsman the challenge of holding him for ten seconds.
Within five, however, he was on his feet and ran away, screaming: “I'm gone here, I'm leaving here”, before I tried to climb out of the cage.
Stoltman excluded surprised: “That's fast for a big guy.”
The MMA star tried to help improve the giant and told him, “Squeezing less, more feeling with your hip and chest where I go.”
The second time, Aspinall Stoltman could not move, which he later congratulated on his rapid improvement.
The weightlifter was then asked where roles with the MMA icon arranged under his strong performance, to which he chuckled: “number one”.
In the negotiations of Dana White for Jones vs Tom Aspinall
Although Aspinall enjoys making YouTube content, it is not his number one goal of the social media scene, which has collected an impressive 353,000 subscribers through his entertaining videos.
Of course his most important goal is to win the UFC heavyweight world title.
With his desire to unmistakably hit the top, even the President of the Promotion has taken note.
In a recent interview, Dana White Aspinall praised for his attitude during negotiations with Jones.
