Former interim-UFC light weight champion will compete outside the Octagon for the first time in 14 years this weekend, but he would return for two controversial fights.
Tony Ferguson left the promotion led by Dana White at the beginning of this year and suffered from a record-very successive loss in an entry defeat against Michael Chiesa.

And booking a Co-Main event collision at Misfits Boxing 22 this weekend, Ferguson will compete against Tiktok Star Salt Papi in his pro box debut.
But for his boxing arch, the Oxnard resident has played a potential comeback to the UFC, especially if he can protect two notorious resorts in a return.

Once the proud owner of a record-breaking 12-field undefeated run on the lightweight limit during his Prime, Ferguson had roughly available on contenders on the way to an interim title win in 2017.
However, if you would never share the Octagon with Bitter Enemies Conor McGregor and Khabib Nurmagomedov – despite five bookings against the latter, Ferguson has never added to undisputed gold.
And with his UFC run in the rearview mirror, Ferguson admits that if he would get a fight against a fight in a potential comeback, he would consider returning.

Ferguson is not known that he had invaluable value on the training methods of the Dubliner, so much that he claims that the former champion and his camp were 'afraid' to fight him.
