Tony Ferguson is perhaps the only other MMA hunter who gets what Israel Adesanya has experienced earlier this month.
The former dual UFC champion middleweight continued to chase in a trash can after some time training with the famous fitness influencer, former Navy Seal and record-hardening Endurance athlete, David Goggins.
Tony Ferguson went through 'Hell Week' with goggins before he fought against Paddy Pimblett on UFC 296 in December 2023.
'El Cucuy' made the debilitating test that was designed to break Wannabe American navy seals, but he vomited, just like Israel Adesanya, during the day he spent with Goggins.

During his training, the former UFC -Interim -Light weight spoke champion about Adesanya and Goggins training together before he joked about Hell Week as 'easy work' for him.
“Do you see Goggins Coaching Izzy? He also puke him,” Ferguson told someone outside the camera.
“Oh yes. It's a good man. I think every hunter must go through s -.
“Maybe not a whole week. But damn, at least a session.
“By the way, that week with Chief Goggins, Light-Work, Coach, Light Work.”
What is the next step for Tony Ferguson?
Tony Ferguson has not fought anymore since he suffers his eighth consecutive UFC loss in August 2024.
A complaining choke defeat against Michael Chiesa led Ferguson to finally left MMA's most important promotion.
After ending his 13-year-old UFC stay, the American signed at GFL and booked a fight with Dillon Danis.
In April the new MMA League canceled the first two events and Ferguson vs Danis left in Limbo.
Ferguson and Danis insisted that their fight was still on when the news broke out, but more than a month later there was no update about when or where they will throw down.
