One of the former rivals of Dan Hooker is not happy with UFC Lichtweight Benoit Saint-Denis.
Benoit Saint-Denis is without an opponent for UFC 315 this Saturday after his originally planned rival, Joel Alvarez, withdrew last weekend due to an unknown injury. From this letter it is uncertain whether Saint-Denis will remain on the UFC 315 Pay-per-View card while the matchmakers work to possibly find a discount.
A rising lightweight, Mauricio Ruffy, recently shouted Saint-Danis for a UFC Fight Main Event in the midst of uncertainty about the status of the French fighters for UFC 315. Ruffy is undefeated in his UFC official period and is fresh from a brutal knockout over King Green op King Green.
If Saint-Denis remains non-free when fighting in Montreal, he has a few reports for short-notice replacements. But one of them accused Saint-Denis of rejecting a short-notice booking in a top 15 collision.

Mateusz Gamrot goes out on Benoit Saint-Denis after he has reportedly offered to step on UFC 315
Mateusz Gamrot was briefly linked to a potential rematch with Arman Tsarukyan, before Tsarukyan struck a booking on a future UFC Abu Dhabi card. Tsarukyan was supposed to head UFC 311 opposite Islam Makhachev before he cancel in hours due to a back injury.
Gamrot defeated Tsarukyan in a UFC Fight Main Event in June 2022 in a 'Fight of the Year' candidate through unanimous decision. Tsarukyan has not lost a fight since the Gamrot fight and defeated people like Charles Oliveira and Beneil Dariush.
But Gamrot is said to have received the call to tackle Saint-Denis at UFC 315, but Saint-Denis refused.
In a recent message to X, Gamrot Saint-Denis accused a short-notice matchup on UFC 315.
“BSD rejected the fight next week, what's wrong with you?” Gamrot said about Saint-Denis. Grow some balls, cowards! “
Gamrot has not fought in September since a split decision loss for than hooker on UFC 305. Before the loss for Hooker, Gamrot won three consecutive attacks, including victories on Rafael Dos Anjos and Rafael Fiziev.
Saint-Denis wants to come back in the profit column after back-to-back TKO losses to Dustin Poirier and Renato Moicano in 2024. It is the first losing Skid of his MMA career.
Belal Muhammad rejects UFC 315 Backup prior to Headliner Title fight
UFC 315 is characterized by a welterweight title matchup between Belal Muhammad and Jack della Maddalena. If something happens to one of the two headlining hunter, Ian Machado Garry is ready to step in, but Muhammad is perplexed by Garry's short-note-back-uprol.
In a recent interview, Muhammad wondered why Garry would play a back -up of weeks after beating Carlos Prates in UFC Kansas City last month. Muhammad publicly rejected Garry's back-up because the pay-per-view is getting closer.
Muhammad will make his first title defense after beating Leon Edwards on UFC 304 last July. He was supposed to head UFC 310 opposite Shavkat Rakhmonov before he withdrew due to a health problem.
Muhammad and Garry may collide along the line, but he does not expect the fight this weekend at UFC 315.
