Torino chief Vagnati in London; offer tabled for Chelsea midfielder Casadei

Vagnati is meeting with Chelsea directors over a deal for midfielder Cesare Casadei.

Sky Italia say Vagnati has made the Blues an offer of 9 million euros plus bonuses plus 40 percent on future resale.

The Stamford Bridge club's request is said to be higher, but Toro is pushing to bring the former Inter Milan player back to Italy.

Vagnati is keen to close a deal this weekend, knowing that Lazio are also interested.
