Tottenham fans launch missiles at Palmer and Enzo during fierce London derby

Chelsea players were pelted with missiles by fans during their match against Tottenham.

Both Cole Palmer and Enzo Fernandez had to postpone taking corners as pieces of cards were thrown in their direction in the first half.

Tottenham Stweards intervened to calm the fans and went onto the pitch to remove the items.

Jamie Carragher told Sky Sports: 'Where are the people in the stands, the stewards? Don't stand there and watch, go inside.

'What are these Tottenham stewards doing? There's three behind Cole Palmer, they were just standing there looking at him.”

The objects thrown at the Chelsea players are said to have come from a tifo used just before kick-off.
