Tottenham ratings: Yves Bissouma dominates Man Utd in Europa League final as Destiny Udogie lets occasion get to him

Brennan Johnson was the hero of Tottenham when they finally ended their 17-year-old trophy-dried in the Europa League final.

Although they were without James Maddison and Dejan Kulusevski for the collision in Bilbao Spurs, a huge victory against Manchester United came up with.

Johnson scored the goal when he helped bundling from a corner in a struggle with Luke Shaw to send fans to Dreamland.

But Spurs is also a huge thanks to Yves Bissouma who was completely dominant in midfiend.

On the other hand, Destiny Udogie had difficulty reaching the pace of the game because he was up against Amad Diallo of Manchester United.

Spurs only had three shots, only 27 percent of the ball, and only completed 115 passes in 90 minutes.

But it didn't matter, because United never really looked like finding a level to bring it to extra time.

Henry Tomlinson from Sunsport has given his reviews for the Tottenham players …

Guglielmo Vicario – 6

Despite threats from the attackers of Manchester United, the Italian had very little to do in the first half despite his nervous appearance.

Cristian Romero – 7

Recorded the responsibility of the bracelet as son Heung-Min on the couch alone.

Led the backline and made sure that he was heard, even when he argued with the United players.

The defense of Spurs was usually well organized and continued to stick to their work and that was partly to the leadership of Romero, even after he had handed the bracelet to Son in the second half.

Micky van de Ven – 8

Pick up a yellow card in the second half because he was too aggressive in an air duel.

His body sometimes used well to tackle the physicality of Rasmus Hojlund.

His best moment came when he made a stunning goal of denying Man United an equalizer in the 68th minute.

Destiny Udogie 89 ' – 4

The full-back suffered a shaky start of the game while struggling to win the ball and was caught more than once from position.

Amad Diallo had better the majority of the first half and Udogie was lucky that he was not punished for some hasty decisions.

Was replaced by Djed Spence in the last minutes.

Rodrigo Bentancur – 6

The Uruguayan did not do much wrong, but he made no remarkable impression in the game.

He had a few trips forward, but could not make a sharp pass.

Yves Bissouma – 8

Did a lot of hard work and often had to cover for Udogie when he was caught or hired.

Bissouma also showed his dribbling capacity, because he was often the one who traced the field.

He continued this in the second half, because he was demonstrably the most important player of Tottenham in the final.

Has picked up a yellow card for postponing the game after Amad was polluted.

Pape Matar Sarr 89 ' – 7

Pluised a decent opportunity to make an attempt in the 17th minute, because he could not get a decent connection.

But it was his dangerous cross that led to the goal.

Was picked up in the final phase.

Brennan Johnson 78 ' – 7

Looked alive at the beginning with his direct and positive game, because he was forced almost early in the opening goal.

He started to fade towards the end of the first half when Spurs concentrated their efforts on the opposite wing.

That was until he was forced in the winner late in the first half.

Dominic Solanke – 5

The striker was usually brought out of the game in the opening for 45 minutes by the backline of the Red Devils.

A bad touch In the 62nd minute, Solanke saw a brilliant opportunity throwing away to have a one-on-one with Onana and to complete the game.

Richarlison 66 ' – 5

Came into a number of important positions in the first half, but did not succeed in taking advantage when he saw a shot blocked and a bladder wandering.

Brought defensively when his party tried to defend their lead, but in the future he often lost possession.

He took a yellow card for the hour for a flagrant error on Noussair Mazraoui.

No surprise that he was the first man who was removed by Postecoglou.
