Trent Arnold warned he’s walking into a ‘mess’ at Real Madrid – ‘You get killed’

Trent Alexander-Arnold has been warned about it at Real Madrid this summer because the area is so ruthless and the world's way of the hospitable dressing room in Liverpool

The astonishing Arsenal legend Emmanuel Petit has warned Trent Alexander-Arnold about signing Real Madrid this summer, with the La Liga Giants 'a mess' that will be much more uncomfortable than life in Liverpool.

Alexander-Arnold is expected to have a free agent deal with Real Pent this summer when his contract with Anfield ends. The move would see him in the ranks of Jude Bellingham near Gude Bellingham.

But with Liverpool, a second Premier League title wanted to seal, while Invighting Rife looks like Real after they crashed the Champions League to Arsenal while they followed Barcelona in the competition, Petit believes that Alexander-Arnold could soon find about his decision.

“Trent Alexander-Arnold is an icon, a legend in Liverpool and his celebration against Leicester was brilliant, it reminded me that he could stay in the club, especially after seeing Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk who signed new deals,” Petit said to Sambaslots.

“My advice to Alexander-Arnold would be that he is about to win the Premier League with Liverpool again, he will always compete for the Champions League with Liverpool, why would you want to go with Real Madrid in their current state?

“It is a mess at Real Madrid and if you have one or two bad games, you will be killed by the fans. You will not have any support. It is the opposite of that in Liverpool.

“At the moment they will dry up Kylian Mbappe and Vinicius Junior, Alexander-Arnold will have to play well in every game. I wish him happiness if he goes there, but at the moment I can't understand.”

Alexander-Arnold received a mixed reception when he came from the bank to Leicester on Sunday before scored the winning goal.

And Reds Baas Arne Slot afterwards said that it was “ridiculous” for everyone to question his dedication to the matter in the midst of the doubts about his future.

“The head should be the goal today that he scored and not about his contract,” said Slot. “But what I can say is that it would be ridiculous if someone claims his dedication to this club.

“The work percentage he has submitted today to be back and to score such an important goal, and all the work he did for this club in all those years that he is here, nobody, in my opinion, has to argue with his dedication to this club. Let the headlines be his big goal and not his contract situation.”
