A 53-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, dangerous driving and driving while unsuitable by drugs after dozens of people were injured by a car in a parade to celebrate Liverpool who won the Premier League, said Merseyside's police.
Eleven people stay in the hospital, and they are all in a stable state and seem to recover well.
The car, which crowded people with the Victory Parade of Liverpool, followed an ambulance after a roadblock was temporarily lifted, so that paramedics could help a man who suffered a suspected heart attack.
